After having owned three pickup trucks I have determined that for my needs, trucks are overkill. I attached a hitch to my ZX5, which has plenty of low end torque, and purchased a motorcycle trailer. I was nervous at first about the extra weight of the trailer and motorcycle (+/- 900 lbs), but the hatchback handles it with ease. Climbing hills at speed required downshifting, but my trucks did that too. When I am done towing, I put the trailer away and I am back to 30 miles per gallon. Sweet!
